Director of the Department of Human Resource Management, School of Economics and Management, Beijing Normal University, professor, doctoral tutor.
He is also the director of Research Center for Human Resource Development and Management of Beijing Normal University and the director of the Institute of Human Resource Development and Management of the Capital Education Economic Research Institute.
