Professor Zhong Binglin is the President of the China Education Association, the former president of Beijing Normal University, the professor of Beijing Normal University and Southeast University, the doctoral tutor, the adjunct professor of Tsinghua University, the honorary vice president of Cardiff University, and the honorary professor of Aalborg University, Denmark. He has been responsible for the research and development of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National “863” High Technology Development Research Fund, the Ministry of Education Doctoral Fund, the Applied Basic Research Fund of Jiangsu Province, and other provincial and ministerial projects.
