Deputy Director of Research Department, China Development Research Foundation. Dr. Hao Jingfang has extensive project management and personal research experience in the field of economics.
He has organized the research on medium and long-term economic growth, the research on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the experience and lessons of the failure of small towns and large countries in the process of urbanization, the fiscal year and medium-term forecast, the study of income inequality, and the improvement of the quality of education and medical service in China. She has experience in quantitative model research in many fields such as monetary economics, bond market, educational economics, and international trade. The representative paper is published in the Journal of Quantitative and Technical Economics. In 2016, Dr. Hao Jingfang won the Hugo Award for her short story "Beijing Folding" and became the second Chinese science fiction writer to win the Hugo Award.
